Společnost INSTRUO s.r.o. je ryze českou společností, která byla založena v roce 2010 ve Frýdku–Místku třemi společníky. Naše firma je mladou, dynamicky se rozvíjející společností uplatňující ve stavebnictví zkušenosti a poznatky ze strojírenského průmyslu, ale také ze zkušeností s řízením staveb, rekonstrukcí a modernizací staveb vlastních i řízených.

Rok 2012 byl pro společnost INSTRUO s.r.o. přelomový. Vedení společnosti rozšířilo svoji podnikatelskou činnost o nové obory, kterými jsou demolice, recyklace, zemní práce, nakládaní s odpady a to i nebezpečnými. V souvislosti s touto skutečností byly provedeny nákladné investice a to nákup mechanizace – drtiče, třídiče, kolová a pásová rýpadla, nákladní automobily.

Společnost INSTRUO s.r.o. disponuje souhlasem k provozování mobilního zařízení ke sběru a výkupu odpadů kategorie O a N se schváleným provozním řádem Krajským úřadem Moravskoslezského kraje. Dále vlastníme souhlas Krajského úřadu, odboru životního prostředí a zemědělství k provozování zařízení k využívání odpadů pro mobilní čelisťový drtič a třísítný třídič, které jsou určeny k úpravě stavebních a demoličních odpadů, štěrků, písků, kameniva, zeminy, strusek, lících forem, vyzdívek a žáruvzdorných materiálů apod. Po jejich úpravě se jednotlivé frakce recyklátů využívají pro násypy, zásypy, obsypy, vyrovnávací vrstvy, terénní úpravy atd. Na jednotlivé výrobky zároveň vystavujeme prohlášení o shodě nebo certifikát. Výrobky splňují požadavky zákona a č. 22/1997 Sb., o technických požadavcích na výrobky a o změně a doplnění některých zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a nařízení vlády č. 163/2002 Sb., kterým se stanoví technické požadavky na vybrané stavební výrobky a požadavky příslušných ČSN na výrobky.
